Stellantis Surges to the Top in 2025 J.D. Power Quality Rankings
When it comes to automotive quality, the numbers don’t lie—and Stellantis is officially leading the charge. The results of the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study (IQS) are in, and the manufacturer behind Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and more is showing major gains across multiple categories.
A Big Win for Jeep — Especially the Gladiator
2024 Jeep® Gladiator Mojave X
Tough, capable, and now officially one of the highest quality midsize pickups on the road, the Jeep Gladiator just earned the top spot in its segment. This marks the second time in three years it’s claimed that honor. What’s even more impressive? The Gladiator beat the segment average in 7 out of 10 evaluation areas, including driving experience, infotainment, and interior quality. That’s a serious flex from a truck that already dominates trails and turns heads.
Jeep Wrangler Also Earns High Marks

The Jeep Wrangler, the iconic off-roader known for adventure-ready performance, took second place in the Compact SUV category. It’s further proof that Jeep is not just delivering excitement, but also refining quality where it matters most to customers. All this momentum lifted the entire Jeep brand upward in the rankings, gaining 13 points year-over-year—clear evidence of progress from the factory floor to the driver’s seat.
Dodge: The Biggest Leap of the Year
The Dodge brand continues to fuel horsepower-hungry HEMI® lovers with the introduction of a new special-edition model of the most powerful SUV ever: the 710-horsepower 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead.
Dodge made the most dramatic climb of any automaker in this year’s study, jumping a remarkable 24 spots to secure seventh place overall. That’s more than just a comeback; it’s a statement. Dodge is proving it’s not just about horsepower and heritage; it’s about listening to drivers and improving where it counts.
Chrysler Pacifica Shows Its Strength

Meanwhile, Chrysler continues to raise the bar in the minivan world. The Pacifica took second place in its segment, bolstered by a 13-point improvement in quality. Known for its versatility and comfort, the Pacifica is now making waves for reliability and overall satisfaction, too.
Customer-Centered Quality on Display
“These results show that we’re listening to our customers and putting them at the center of every decision we make,” said Yuri Rodrigues, Senior Vice President of Quality for Stellantis North America. And that message is loud and clear; every improvement, every model update, is a direct response to customer feedback.
The J.D. Power IQS evaluates the number of issues new vehicle owners experience during the first 90 days of ownership. The fewer the problems, the higher the ranking, and this year, Stellantis delivered across the board.
