After stopping at multiple dealers. I stopped in Diehl in Robinson to look at Ram trucks. Ended up buying a Durango R/T instead. My salesman Ben was great. Very helpful, not pushy. Love our new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Frank Moyer spent a lot of time going over all the options and syncing up our phones to our vehicle. Michael Master was a wizard with the paper work. It's always a long process when buying a vehicle, but Michael made the paperwork portion pretty painless. We also felt that we received a very fair trade-in on our used 2018 Grand Cherokee from Brandon Denk.

Great buying experience from beginning to end when trading in my old vehicle. Everyone I interacted with, both over email and in person, was super responsive and helpful. They took me seriously and didn’t try to show or sell me vehicles that I didn’t want or that were outside of my budget. I was able to get an almost new Jeep at a reasonable price, and I love it!

Only went for a couple of parts. They didn't have them and they directed me where to find them. Wasn't buying a car **UPDATED REVIEW ** I actually went to buy a car on 9.20.2025 and the process was made simple and seamless! 6.17.2026 I made a call for an oil change because of a road trip. The person who scheduled me got me in even though I didn't think he'd be able. And when I arrived I was advised my 1st oil change and tire rotation were free. In addition I was in and out QUICK. Great service! Updated to 5 stars!
