Great buying experience from beginning to end when trading in my old vehicle. Everyone I interacted with, both over email and in person, was super responsive and helpful. They took me seriously and didn’t try to show or sell me vehicles that I didn’t want or that were outside of my budget. I was able to get an almost new Jeep at a reasonable price, and I love it!

Scheduled to test drive a vehicle I found on auto trader.com. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Kyle. He checked on the car and came back to inform me that the car was 3 hours away. He then suggested some other used cars in the lot. He was very knowledgeable and listened to me. I ended up buying a newer used jeep and I’m very pleased. They even delivered the jeep to me while I was working.

Parker Gazda amd Michael Masters assisted me in the purchase of my new Jeep wrangler Sport. Bothe worked to get me in my price range. Parker reviewed the options and controls on the new Jeep and worked on ordering splash guards and step rails to be place on next week. He is coming to my place of work to take the Jeep back to diehl for the parts installation . I know why I am a repeat customer because you all go above and beyond for your customers. After stopping at multiple dealers. I stopped in Diehl in Robinson to look at Ram trucks. Ended up buying a Durango R/T instead. My salesman Ben was great. Very helpful, not pushy. Overall it was a good experience and they go out of their way to send you as much paperwork as possible so your time in the dealership is minimal. Thanks, Ben! The Durango is great!

Only went for a couple of parts. They didn't have them and they directed me where to find them. Wasn't buying a car **UPDATED REVIEW ** I actually went to buy a car on 9.20.2025 and the process was made simple and seamless! 6.17.2026 I made a call for an oil change because of a road trip. The person who scheduled me got me in even though I didn't think he'd be able. And when I arrived I was advised my 1st oil change and tire rotation were free. In addition I was in and out QUICK. Great service! Updated to 5 stars!
