Parker Gazda amd Michael Masters assisted me in the purchase of my new Jeep wrangler Sport. Bothe worked to get me in my price range. Parker reviewed the options and controls on the new Jeep and worked on ordering splash guards and step rails to be place on next week. He is coming to my place of work to take the Jeep back to diehl for the parts installation . I know why I am a repeat customer because you all go above and beyond for your customers. Scheduled to test drive a vehicle I found on auto trader.com. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Kyle. He checked on the car and came back to inform me that the car was 3 hours away. He then suggested some other used cars in the lot. He was very knowledgeable and listened to me. I ended up buying a newer used jeep and I’m very pleased. They even delivered the jeep to me while I was working.

Very attentive and knowledgeable team. I was very well taken care of from the moment I originally came in for regular maintenance and preparing for a lease turn-in. J.J. helped me get into a Wrangler without any interruption of my Grand Cherokee being turned in for lease end.

Logan in the Service department went way above and beyond my expectations. He is hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. He resolved a devastating situation I was dealing with in such a caring, professional manner. Give this guy a raise!! Also. Matt in Service was so polite and personable. He escorted me to and from the Mall while waiting on my car. He made sure he picked me up at a certain time and was so accommodating throughout the whole process. I have been, and will continue to always bring my Jeep here. Thanks Guys!!

I’m definitely happy to share this review. I was working with Kyle on a used car and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I was doing all of this over the phone. I needed to put my trust in someone I’d never met. My trust wasn’t misplaced he was professional and honest. Behind the scene Brandon Denk, the GM sales manager, worked with Kyle to help with finding vehicles. That’s what I call service!

I had JJ for a sales assistant and he was very kind and gave it his all to get me a good deal on my new 2025 jeep grand cherokee !
