We have been going back and forth between a few dealerships for the 2026 GT Plus Durango that we wanted to buy. In the end, we chose to use Parker at Diehl because he was responsive, informative, and genuinely seemed happy to help us. We had a fun time working with him during the transaction and it was handled smoothly and efficiently. We met a few other people while in the show room and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly while we just talked about cars, life, the upcoming holidays, etc. Everyone we met there was all smiles and you can tell the dealership employees have a great working relationship with each other. I purchased a 2025 Ram on 10 November. I set expectations with Frank Moyer , the sales representative. He provided a price on the truck first via text. Then I drove my truck in for a trade in price. Everything was handled within 30 minutes. The 2025 Ram quote was excellent and the trade in value was very fair. No ridiculous sales tactics or wasted time dickering . They came out with best deal and no BS. Once I agreed to purchase , I again set expectations and did not want to waste time waiting for paper work. Mike in Finance handled the process in 15 minutes to include transferring plates and signing paperwork. I wrapped up with Frank in the truck who THOROUGHLY reviewed controls, set up my phone . We are from South Texas on a road trip when the water pump on our 2020 Dodge Durango failed. We brought the Durango into the service department and talked to Logan Powell, Service Advisor. He communicates well and knows the products. He and Dielh found the 2026 Jeep Wrangler in Mojito that we were looking for. We highly recommend both.
