This was one of the most enjoyable and seamless car-buying experiences I have ever had! I walked in on a busy day and was immediately greeted with a massive smile and friendly welcome from JJ and Brandon. From the very beginning, they were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in aiding me as I browsed potential car options that best fitted my lifestyle. Eventually, we found a vehicle that was perfect and the process of getting the vehicle and driving it home was swift and stress free. Finishing off my amazing experience, I was introduced to Mike and his financial expertise. He was extremely smart and very educated on what options would work for me and my family. Afterwards, the feeling of sitting in my new vehicle with my loved ones was the cherry-on-top! It was even more satisfying because the whole process of getting to that point was a total breeze! Great experience! Aside from needing my annual emissions/inspection done, I’ve been having issues with my truck for a about a month. I scheduled my truck at Diehl because I’ve sent all my fleet vehicles there and never had an issue. First experience for my personal vehicle, I knew the bill was going to be on the higher side because I had a good idea what the issue was, but I can honestly say that it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Turn around on my repair was quick and communication from the rep Tom R. in the repair shop was great! He got me taken care with no hassle. Greatly appreciated!

I had a very good experience with the service department. Tom was very helpful in making sure my truck’s warranty repair was completed quickly. Everyone else was helpful in service as well, making sure I had a loaner vehicle until the repair was completed quickly.

Highly recommend. Best experience I've ever had working with many dealerships over the years! JJ was our salesman. He was transparent with all the numbers, professional but still friendly, not pushy, really great to deal with. I usually dread the finance people. Lisa in finance was the best finance person I've worked with at a dealership. Again, she presented choices gave and gave us information to help us make our own decisions. I'd be glad to buy from them again.

Best service ever. This place is so busy and still tries to meet everyone's expectations. Customer service is difficult and thanks for people who work through lunch come in early and stay late. I witnessed it and appreciate it.
