We are from South Texas on a road trip when the water pump on our 2020 Dodge Durango failed. We brought the Durango into the service department and talked to Logan Powell, Service Advisor. Parker is a good guy n I already have a jeep patriot from yins n have used the service department whom is very thorough n a salesman took time to give me an appraisal on the patriot when I bought it off my mom in 2019!most employees treat you with respect but some just walked right by without a hi or smile but overall good people
