I have had a few issues with my Jeep. John Hoover took personal care in my concerns and ensured that they were corrected. He even had the mechanic come out and speak to me about the problems I was having and the rationale of the work that was done. Everyone at the dealership has been so kind including staff that gave my 3 children ducks for each hand and they had a duck symphony of sorts and “quacked” away while I took care of my Jeep with the service staff.
