My wife and I recently purchased a used, 2024 Mazda CX-90 from Diehl Automotive. Our salesperson, JJ, made the entire buying process easy stress free, and fast. He went above and beyond what was expected by taking care of several small issues with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially JJ,, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

We have been coming to Diehl for well over a decade and I can honestly say THIS CURRENT TEAM IS BY FAR THE BEST TEAM THEY'VE EVER HAD!!!!! The newest manager really cleaned the place up and got people who really care on board!!!! We had a great experience with Devon & Mike this past week!!! Devon helped me find the car of my dreams!!! I fell in LOVE the moment I saw my 2022 Jeep Compass Latitude Lux!!! We were not prepared to buy a new car right now but my 2015 Chrysler was breaking down on me. I was so sad because she was my first car and I had her for a decade, I really didn't want to give her up or have another car payment but Devon really listened to us, understood our budget and made it happen!!! Mike was also amazing. When we were signing all the paperwork and stuff he helped us work out a way to add the gap insurance without destroying our budget!! They truly were great! They made this whole experience so fast and easy!!! The manager even came out to congratulate us. We told him how much we believe he turned that business around. I used to dread calling and going there before covid happened... Not now, they're the best!!

Very friendly experience, the smoother I’ve ever have at a dealership. People there were welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding. I was already coming here for service, and now I can recommend it also on the dealership side!

First time for service there (oil change and tire rotation). Took me right on time and done in 30 minutes. Service advisor was very nice! Free coffee too while waiting!

Ask for Devin Gaffney when you need a sales rep. This guy bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted at a good price.. He knew the product and went way out of his way to make sure I was happy with the purchase. The rest of the staff was very good too. The vehicle was clean, finance guy (Mike) was professional and pleasant. Good experience.

Deihl Robinson made my Ram truck purchase experience an enjoyable process. Parker was a true professional in explaining the details, reviewing the terms and selling me the exact truck I was looking for. I will recommend their dealership to my network.

Got approved for financing really quick. Everyone was amazing and very knowledgeable. Vehicle did have a brake issue but they fixed it without charging extra. Overall, a good experience.
